BWF "Witches" take over Crestline

The "witches" of Off-Shoots Garden Club participated in the annual Halloween Parade through Crestline Village and even received an award for their participation!  Always up for a good time, the ladies adorned wacky witch outfits and tossed candy to the crowds from their ATV's!
